2013 - June 30th

Today was HOT! We went to the pool this afternoon for 2 1/2 hours! Papa sat in the shade and enjoyed the breeze while the rest of us swam!

Poor baby...here eyes do not like sunscreen nor chlorine, doesn't seem to bother her at all though.

After that we came home and changed and then headed out to dinner for Papa's last night with us. It was yummy!

Later tonight Chris started a fire, ya know because that's what you need when it's 90 degrees outside. LOL. We all enjoyed the smores though : )

2013 - June 29th

Today the boys went golfing. Ella and I were going to go swimming but it was rainy and was thundering, so we stayed home. I did go through all of Ella's clothes...got 4 garbage bags full of too small clothes out of there. I always get emotional when getting rid of their clothes, I hate that they are growing up so fast : (  I did discover a ballet outfit that I got 2 years ago for Halloween that was too big...Ella was really excited to play dress up with it today!

After the boys got home Ella cuddled with dad...which turned into a nap (that never happens unless she is put in her bed)

and she creeped me out, sleeping with her eyes open.

Meanwhile the sun came out and Hunter played outside (while Papa cooked us a delicious dinner!!!!!)

After dinner we all played a couple of games together!  Papa whooped us in Sorry!

And Ella whooped us in Memory (like legitimately won!)

2013 - June 28th

Today was hot...and it's only going to get worse! Ella and I went to her friend Claire's birthday party. Ella had so much fun playing outside with her friends and I got to snuggle with 2 baby boys!!! I forgot my camera though...oops!

Chris had to work so Papa and Hunter went to a golf driving range and played and then went to dinner! Hunter had a great time!!!

2013 - June 27th

 Ella had speech again this morning! Papa went and rode along with Daddy at work and I took the kids to a birthday party for our twin neighbor friends at the park!

The kids had fun, especially in the splash pad!!!!

Yeah...see how Hunter is ducking here, well he forgot to when he ran through one time and banged his head really hard...I didn't see it but I sure heard it.  Luckily he recovered pretty quickly!

2013 - June 26th

Hunter had his 2nd guitar lesson today! His teacher said he is doing great (Ella and I sat in the van!) Then we came home and he went with Daddy, Papa and Grandpa to lunch and to see Man of Steel. He had fun but said that the movie had some scary parts that he had to hide his face in his hat for. Obviously I wasn't with him for the fun guy stuff so I just have a picture of him playing with some Lego trucks.

Ella had speech therapy and occupational therapy here at the house today. She did pretty good!  During OT her therapist was trying to get her to write so apparently they decided to write a letter....

"Dear Papa Thank you for visiting me. I love you. Ella"  Soooooooo sweet!!  This picture is a good reminder of just how hard it is for these tiny baby hands to write!!!

2013 - June 25th

Tonight we went to a Spokane Indians Baseball game! We had great seats and had a great time despite them losing 0-4! After the game the kids got to go run the bases....of all the days for me to forget my camera : ( Papa did his best getting pictures on his cell phone but they turned out blurry. Oh well I know what they are : )

2013 - June 24th

The kid's horse back riding was canceled due to weather this morning...which was a bummer because Hunter was so excited to have Papa watch him.

Papa and Ella had a nice little tea party this morning.

This afternoon we went bowling!  We had a lot of fun!!!  Hunter slipped his first time up...and I just happened to be taking a picture right when it happened! Oops : )

Ella got a strike today (not during this pic) she was SO excited!

Hunter bowled really well today and was only 7 points behind me....I better get better or my 9 year old will be beating me!!!!
