Day 326

Happy Thanksgiving!!! We had a GREAT day today!!! We all have so much to be thankful for!

We started the day with Chris putting up the Christmas tree.  We typically decorate it the day after Thanksgiving and because Chris works tomorrow I made him put it up today so the kids and I can decorate tomorrow : )  It is Hunter's year to put the star on the top...the kids trade off each year.

Then we headed to Nana and Grandpa's house.  We played and then ate WAY too much and then played somemore and then ate dessert and felt miserable!  The perfect Thanksgiving!  The food was so yummy and we all had a good time!!!

Right before we were leaving....at 10:30, the kiddos opened their ornaments that (Great) Grandmom sent (a yearly tradition from my childhood!)

Ella was so excited to get a Rapunzel ornament...and one with her name on it too!

And Hunter was happy to get another very loud guitar : )

Day 325

The kids both got out of school early today!!! We headed over to our friends house this afternoon for dinner and some games. We always have a great time, the parents and the kids!

Day 324

Ella brought home her "Happy Skanksgiving" book that she made at school. She is very proud of herself!

Hunter went to the Y with Daddy today and then spent some time playing on the IPad after his bath!

Day 323

Today Hunter and I worked the Book Fair at his school for 3 hours....well he played and I stood behind the cash register : ) Then I had his parent teacher conference, which was awesome as always. He continues to be excellent at math, a very advanced reader, awesome at spelling and best of all "extremely kind and warm hearted" towards all of his classmates. I am so proud of my boy!!!

Ella had a relaxing evening after the boys headed off to Boy Scouts and we watched a new princess movie that was on Disney. She was super excited that her cup matched her jammies!

Day 322

Ella and I went to Disney Princesses on Ice this afternoon!

I LOVED watching her face during the show....she was SO happy!

She smiled the whole time, she was SO well behaved and didn't even need her headphones to make it quieter.  Total success!!!

Hunter got to stay with Nana and Grandpa, so of course he had a good time!  Here he is with a "race car" made out of Tinker Toys.

Day 321

Today was gymnastics day!!! I can't believe how good Ella is doing...how strong she is! Wow!

You can't really tell but she is holding herself up on this bar!  She continues to love it!!!

Later in the afternoon the kiddos and I went swimming at the Y for 2 hours.  They wore me OUT!!!!  After baths they ate the caramel apple Nana got them yesterday : )

Day 320
