Day 319

Hunter played outside for a little bit. We hate that it gets dark so early!!!

I had Ella's teacher conference/IEP meeting today. This little girl is doing amazing in Kindergarten! Her teachers and therapists had great things to say about her and I am very happy with her report card!!! Here she is with her first library book that she got to bring home...she was quite happy about it!

Day 318

Ella had OT today. Can I just say that I love that her therapist is coming to the house now!! This was one of those moments where Ella was mad because Robin wasn't doing what Ella wanted her to...but had to get a picture because Ella looked so cute in her doctors outfit (she is obsessed.)

After her OT left we did one of Ella's homework projects for the week.  We had to disguise the turkey. Ella chose to dress it up like.....you guessed it a DOCTOR.

Hunter has early release all week due to conferences. So he gets off at 12:30 and Ella goes to school at 12:40, so it's pretty nice to just have time to ourselves!  Today we went to the Y and swam together.  He was feeling pretty puney tonight though, think he's coming down with a cold : (

Day 317

No exciting pictures of the kiddos today. Here they are after their baths putting up new window clings for Christmas....I guess I should have washed off the slimy/grimy marks that the Halloween clings left. Oops. Oh well.

Day 316

Ella had a bad belly last night so she stayed home with Daddy and watched some Tom and Jerry while Hunter and I went to the Y!

Of course when we got home Hunter just HAD to go out and play in the snow : )

Day 315

Today we went to the YMCA. We worked out hard and the kids swam hard! They were quite exhausted tonight : )

Here is Mr Blue Eyes tonight.

And Ella.  We went out to eat with Nana and Grandpa and Ella brought home some of her apples and of course had to eat them right when we got home : ) 

Day 314

Ella had gymnastics this morning! She was so excited to wear her new fancy suit. She looks so stinkin cute in it!

See that little girl way up there...and this picture does not do it justice, it is HIGH.....that is my Ella trying to swing off the ledge onto the rope. 

Thankfully she did her mom a favor and stepped down to the next block, which is still way to high, and JUMPED. I did not have a hear attack, lol.

Later in the day Ella and I went to a craft fair with my mom...Ella was looking extra cute and grown up, even though she was wearing a hand me down sweater from her 3 year old cousin : )

Tonight Hunter went to his friends birthday party....at the gymnastics place!

Guess who wants to take a gymnastics class now????  LOL.

Day 313

Hunter, Nana and I went out to Cabelas this afternoon in search of snow boots for Hunter and winter coats for the kids! We were successful and I even found myself a cute new winter hat!

Well if you couldn't figure it out, I'm sure you can now.  Hunter is OBSESSESED with this hat, he wears it to school every single day.  He isn't going to be very happy when I make him trade it out for a warm winter one very soon!!!

While we were at Cabelas my mom saw a little girl with a horse toy.  Yesterday when my mom was here Ella was riding an imaginary horse, it was super cute, except she was grabbing her crotch and pretending that was the horse...not so cute.  So Nana saw this and decided Ella MUST have it : )

 

As you can tell Ella LOVES it!

Ella named her horse Pink Buddy.  (Buddy is one of the therapy horses the kids ride.)

Ella dressed Nana up in her (Ella's) Halloween doctor costume.  It was pretty funny : )
